Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within Australia and 15 working days for international delivery.
Kindly note that delivery times listed are only estimations and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Unfortunately, once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by the couriers, especially during high-volume periods.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will leave it at a safe place. If it wasn't safe to leave the parcel unattended, the carrier will leave a card and you will receive an email notification with redelivery instructions. Kindly attend to this within five days or the parcel will be returned to us and you will have to pay for additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered to you again.
If you have not received your package within 10 business days (for domestic delivery)/ 15 business days (for international delivery) of placing the order, kindly email email@example.com with your full name, contact details and order number and we will look into the matter immediately!

International Taxes and Customs Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.
All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
We will not be responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the taxes and customs charges on the order. A refund will not be given if you refuse to pay the taxes and custom charges as your parcel will be destroyed by the courier.
