At this stage, Cuppe is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or change your order.
We will replace or refund any defective or damaged products that are supplied by us. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt by you and provide us with:
- your order number or receipt number you received at checkout; and
- satisfactory evidence of the defective products or part of the products.
Please note that you may only return your products to us if they were purchased online at cuppe.com.au. If you wish to return your product that was not purchased online, you will need to return to the reseller whom you purchased from.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) business days. Please note that it may take additional days for your bank to process the refunds.
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or voucher will be provided to you.
We will provide you with a return address once we have been notified by you of your intention to return the defective or damaged products.
If your refund is approved by us, we will reimburse the shipping costs capped at $10.00 for returning the damaged or defective products to us. However, if your refund is rejected by us, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for shipping the products to us.
