What is the volume of the tumbler?

What is the dimension of the tumbler?

Classic tumbler - 19cm (H) / 8.8cm (TD) / 6.8cm (BD)

What are the dimensions of the straw?

Classic straw - 24.1cm (L) / 1.2cm (D)

What are the tumbler made from?

Our cup is made from borosilicate glass and our lid is made of plastic to accommodate its leak proof function.

Borosilicate glass is stronger and lighter than ordinary glass and it has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion which makes it less susceptible to fractures as compared to ordinary glass.

Be conscious when carrying and storing the cup to limit the chances of breakages.

What is the material of the straw pouch?

Our straw pouch is made of cotton.

Does the lid seal completely?

Yes! The lid fits the cup snuggly and will not leak when held upside down.

Nonetheless, we recommend carrying the tumbler in upright position at all times.

Are the lids same for all sizes?

Yes! Our lid fits all three sizes of our cups. How cool is that!

Will the tumbler fit into my car cup holder?

Yes! We worked with our manufacturer to ensure that it will fit into most cars' cup holder.

Can I change the colour of the lid and/or silicone sleeve?

Unfortunately this is not an option at this stage. However, you can purchase additional lid or silicone sleeve and mix and match yourself!

Is the tumbler microwave safe?

The glass cup is microwaveable but NOT the lid.

Is the tumbler dishwasher safe?

Yes! All pieces of the tumbler are dishwasher safe.

Is the packaging sustainable/ recyclable?

Yes! We are committed to minimise environmental footprint and this means our tumbler comes in minimal packaging with no unnecessary plastic/bubble wrap. Our packaging is recyclable/ compostable.

Where can I buy a Cuppé tumbler?

Cuppé is available on our online store or you can purchase them from our stockist nearest to you.

Why is there no delivery option at checkout?

In order for our system to generate the shipping option and calculate the correct shipping fees, our system has to recognise your address. Once you start typing your address, you should be able to choose from a list of suggested addresses on the dropdown menu.

Do you deliver to post offices, PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations?

Unfortunately, our carrier Sendle cannot deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restrict delivery to these locations.
