Our Story
Cuppé is inspired by the Latin phrase, Carpe Diem which is often translated as “seize the day” to express the idea that one should enjoy life while one can. As much as we agree with this phrase, we are a strong believer that we can enjoy life sustainably and stylishly.
The Founders
Cuppé is founded by three passionate bubble tea drinkers who want to do more for our planet home. With the growing bubble tea industry, we noticed the consequential rise in single-use plastics in early 2018. The lack of reusable bubble tea tumblers then prompted us to start this journey to create a practical yet aesthetically pleasing reusable bubble tea tumbler to combat the use of single-use plastic cups.
Growing up by the sea and sharing the same passion for marine animals, we name our first collection after the Whale family - Orca Black and Beluga White.
We hope to be a part of your brand to help combat plastic waste, one cup at a time.
Our mission
Our mission is to end the single-use plastic cup, specifically in the rising bubble tea, juice and smoothie industries that results from a throw-away and convenience-focused habit of consumers.
It is our goal to create a positive and safe environment for our marine life and our next generation. Every cup counts and we would love to have you with us on this mission! It is a long battle but if not now, when?
