Cuppé - Whale Collection
We have dedicated our first collection to the marine life by naming our tumblers after the whale family - the mysterious orca and expressive beluga. Over the years, the increasing amount of marine debris in our ocean has devastating effects on our marine ecosystems. There is increasing number of whales found dead and washed ashore due to plastic ingestion and entanglement.
Orca Black Series
The mysterious orca is a toothed whale belonging to the oceanic dolphin family, of which it is the largest member. Orcas are highly intelligent and social marine mammals that, because of these traits, have come to be known as ambassadors for nature and marine ecosystems around the world.
Beluga White Series
Enchanting and expressive, beluga whales are known as the canaries of the sea. They are very popular with the public for their colour and expression. The beluga whales survive in the cold arctic environment and are among the smaller species of whale. Their all-white appearance and rounded, protruding foreheads make them quite distinct from other toothed small whales.
Research shows that at least half of the world’s whale populations are doomed to extinction due to toxic and persistent pollution of the oceans. Let’s all do our part in reducing plastic footprint, one cup at a time!
