Carrot Cake Smoothie  🥕


• 1 Carrot Stick
• 1  Frozen banana
• 1 Pitted date
• 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger powder
• 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg powder
• 1 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• Dairy-free milk


  • Add banana, carrot, date, cinnamon, vanilla, gound ginger, nutmeg, dairy-free milk and blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Add more dairy-free milk as needed to thin / encourage blending.
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more cinnamon for warmth, ginger for spice / kick, or date for sweetness.
  • Garnish with shredded carrot and crushed walnuts or anything. Make it fun!
